This notice explains what personal data Vitality Strategies collects, why, and what your choices are. Vitality Strategies is a nutritional coaching and consulting service run by Natalie Falshaw (ANutr) in the United Kingdom. For anything in this notice, contact natalie@vitalitystrategies.co.uk.

The short version

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising on this site. Analytics only run if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time. The booking calendar and Instagram feed load from third parties and are covered below.

Enquiries you send us

The contact form opens your own email app with a message addressed to us. When you send it we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. We use this only to reply and to work with you if you go ahead. Email is handled through Microsoft 365. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to answer them and, if you become a client, for the life of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

If you book a call, that booking is handled by Calendly (see below), which collects the details you enter into the calendar.

Cookies and similar storage

When you first visit, a banner asks about analytics. Until you choose, analytics stays off. Your choice is saved in your browser so you are not asked again.

  • Essential — always on. A single entry (vs-consent) stored in your browser that remembers your cookie choice. No tracking, and it is never sent anywhere.
  • Analytics — off until you accept. Google Analytics (GA4) sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id>, kept for up to two years. They let us see which pages and articles people find useful, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. IP addresses are truncated. This data is processed by Google; it is not used for advertising here and is not sold. Before you accept, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals.
  • Embedded content. The booking calendar (Calendly) on the Contact page and the Instagram feed (Behold) on the Content Hub load on those pages and may set their own cookies. See their policies below. If you would rather not load Calendly, you can book by emailing us instead.

Embedded third-party content

Calendly powers the booking calendar. When you use it, Calendly receives the details you enter to schedule the call, under Calendly’s privacy policy. You can also book by emailing us directly instead.

Behold displays our public Instagram posts on the Content Hub. Your browser loads images and a script from Behold and Instagram. See Behold’s privacy policy.

Who your data is shared with

  • Google (Analytics), if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Calendly (when you use the booking calendar) and Behold (which serves the Instagram feed).
  • Microsoft (email), and our web host Vercel, which processes standard server request logs.

We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email natalie@vitalitystrategies.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
